Columbia Records oraz Legacy Recordings często powracają do zapomnianego, a jakże bogatego katalogu artysty, nagranego w latach 1996-1997.Pierwsza płyta CD zawiera 11 remixów autorstwa Michaela H. Brauera. Druga i trzecia płyta to niewydane wcześniej utwory, w tym `Dreamin` of You`, `Red River Shore`, `Mississippi`, `Marchin` to the City`. Na czwartym krążku znalazły się wersje koncertowe utworów, nagrane w latach 1998-2001. Poza utworem `Make You Feel My Love (May 21, 1998, Los Angeles)` nie były one opublikowane. Ostatnia płyta jest bonusem dla fanów Boba Dylana i znalazły się na niej pominięte kompozycje, które finalnie nie trafiły na album `Time Out of Mind`.
